Celebrating Spencer County

Southern Indiana’s Spencer County marks 200 years in 2018, and you can join in the fun with a weeklong celebration.

Events highlighting the bicentennial will be held daily June 1-9, including a golf scramble, 5k walk/run, parade, circus and more. The Spencer County Fair, touted as Indiana’s longest running county fair, runs June 6-9. Saturday, June 2, will be a joint celebration between the city of Rockport and Spencer County.
