Agricultured Blog

Indiana veterinarian Dr. Marybeth Feutz did not grow up on a farm. Originally from New Jersey, Feutz completed a large animal internal medicine residency at Purdue University, which is where she met John Feutz, who is now her husband. The couple settled in southwestern Indiana, where they joined the family veterinary practice and operate a cattle farm.

While transitioning from city to farm life, Feutz realized the abundance of misconceptions about agriculture – and that other people might be interested in the facts she had had to learn. So she started AgriCultured.org. The blog serves as a resource where she answers questions about everything agriculture, from gluten to grocery store labels to the difference between a beef cow and a dairy cow.
