Have You “Herd” About Blacksheep Collective?
Blacksheep Collective is a minority-owned, faith-based lifestyle brand. Based in Indianapolis, its mission is to encourage people to embrace their God-given individuality and uniqueness – through streetwear (though the vision is much larger than that). Husband-and-wife duo Byron and April Elliott run the business with lots of help from their three children. Byron runs the creative side of things, designing and illustrating, while April takes care of the rest – project managing, administrative tasks, shipping and more. And, of course, the kiddos love to pitch in and help with shipping whenever time permits.
Blacksheep Collective also participates in local partnerships. Recently, they collaborated with Nap Or Nothing, a local streetwear brand. Blacksheep Collective is launching a new line of streetwear to spread light and hope. With all the turmoil, debates, disease and other frustrations, they felt compelled to remind people about who they are – now more than ever. Follow their journey and shop online at blkshpco.com.
