Autumn Harvest Salad

  • To prevent browning, dip sliced pears in a solution made of 1 teaspoon salt dissolved into 2 cups of water. Rinse and pat dry.
  • No pears? No problem. Substitute apples.
  • Go Greek – swap blue cheese for feta
  • Add sliced grilled chicken and a dinner roll to turn this salad into a complete meal.
